Service Satisfaction
Customers should inspect completed work upon service completion and report concerns within 48 hours.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:
- Services were not performed as agreed
- Significant workmanship issues occurred
- Scheduled services were canceled by the company without rescheduling
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Completed satisfactory services
- Weather-related delays
- Customer scheduling conflicts
- Issues unrelated to services performed
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
Partial Refunds
